On Sunday, Sept 21st, Hamilton Aerial Group brought some circus magic to JC Beemer Park in Hamilton’s inner city. 🎪✨
When we first arrived, the park was quiet and still. Slowly the energy began to change. As we unpacked skipping ropes, hula hoops, stilts, and juggling balls, families started to gather.
Children stepped forward with curiosity, learning new games and skills, while parents joined in with smiles and laughter. 🌈💫 Then came the aerial show and dance party (video below!).
This event was a chance to celebrate movement, play, and togetherness. By the time we left, the park was transformed. What began as a calm, empty space had become alive with joy. Children running, playing, and filling the park with laughter. 💕
We are grateful to be part of this community, to inspire play and connection and to witness a park come alive through the magic of circus and community.
